Abstract: HJ-β Thickness Gauge is a close-loop following system designed in accordancewith the principle of position compensation. It is highly accurate and stable. Thethickness gauge is both simpler in construction and more convenient for adjustmentthan general compensated circuit. It can measure parameters and continuoslycontrol productive process as well.
