三碘甲腺氨酸(T_3,γ-T_3)免疫原的制备

SYNTHESIS OF TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T_3 AND γ-T_3) IMMANO-ANTIGENS

  • 摘要: <正> 甲状腺分泌甲状腺素(简称T_4)和三碘甲腺原氨酸的混合物(简称T_3和γ-T_3)。L_4,T_3和γ-T_3中的含碘量分别占人类甲状腺中总碘量的35%—40%,5%,<1%,生物活度为100,500—1000和5。T_4,T_3和γ-T_3(组成的甲状腺激素系列)的放射免疫分析技术已成为研究和临床诊断与普查甲状腺疾病的主要手段之一。 我们继制备了T_4抗血清之后又合成了T_3和γ—T_3免疫原(抗原)。经免疫兔子均获得了抗血清。

     

    Abstract: Liothyronine (T_3) and 3, 3', 5'-triiodothyronine (γ-T_3) are esterificated toform Liothyronine methylester and 3, 3', 5'-triiodothyronine methylester. ThenT_3-methylester and γ-T_3-methylester are separately conjugated with bovine serumalbumin. The conjugates and highly specific antibodies for T_3 and γ-T_3 areobtained. These two antibodies have been used in the preparation of RIA kit forseveral years.
