β放射性测量比对及其标准
COMPARISON AND STANDARD FOR MEASUREMENT OF BETA RADIOACTIVITY

摘要: <正> 为提高β放射性测量的可靠性和可比性,把~(90)Sr-~(90)Y源的标准化工作推进一步。1983年上海市计量技术研究所组织了“低水平参考源~(90)Sr-~(90)Y全国比对”,最大偏差48%;1984年北京放射性计量一级站又组织了一次“全国~(90)Sr-~(90)Y参考源比对测量”,最大偏差大于80%。可见β放射性测量虽然简单,但要给出准确的结果并不容易。本文通过参加这两次全国比对的总结,提出造成β平板源测量比对偏差较大的原因及提出解决办法、力求提高β放射性测量的精度。Abstract: Large deviations have been found in organized comparisons at a national levelof results of measurements of beta-activity of ~(90)Sr-~(90)Y used as low level referencesource. Based on results of research carraied out at this institute, reasons for such adeviation are analysed, and recommendations are made to increase the accuracy ofthe determination of beta-activity, such as the use of a set of standards of diffe-rent levels of activity as reference sources to match the level of beta activityencountered in each determination.
