  • 摘要: <正> 5-(5一溴吡啶-2-偶氮)-5-二乙胺基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)是灵敏的显色剂,它的结构式是它能与很多金属离子形成有色络合物,古谢夫用之于钒的测定,约翰逊等用之于铀的测定,均获得较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。尤其是近几年,对于5-Br-PADAP的显色性质进行了广泛深入的研究,其应用也得到进一步推广,可用于测定铜、锑等金属离

     

    Abstract: In this method, the sample is first treated with H_2SO_4 to drive out the nitrateion, to keep niobium in the same valence state, and to avoid the adjustment ofpH. A violet blue ternary complex of niobium with 5-Br-PADAP and tartaricacid is then formed in a medium of tartaric acid. The composition of the complexis found to be Nb:5-Br-PACAP: Tar=1:1:1. The optimum pH for the complexformation is 1.0--3.0. The complex has an absorption maximum at 600 nm withε=5.7×10~4. Beer's law is obeyed for 0.699--14.0 μNb/ml.
