Abstract: A system for Prompt Neutron Activation Analysis (PNAA) with isotopicneutron sources is established. The fast neutrons from ~(241)Am-Be neutron sourcesare moderated by a paraffin moderator and neutron capture gamma rays spectraare measured with a Ge(Li) detector. The optimum experimental configurationare determined. Some samples are measured using the PNAA technique.
