理想长空间电荷透镜中的电子云

ELECTRON CLOUD IN IDEAL LONG SPACE-CHARGE LENS

  • 摘要: 本文研究理想长空间电荷透镜中电子云的运动。对于在确定条件下运行的空间电荷透镜,其电子云的状态可用磁约束因子、电子温度和透镜中心的电子密度这三个参数来描述。这些参数确定了电子云的大小、形状和电子密度分布,从而也确定了空间电荷透镜的电场分布与聚焦特性。文中利用数值方法进行了电子密度和电位的计算。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the motion of the electron cloud in ideal long space-chargelens is studied. For the space-charge lens in a definite working condition, thestate of its electron cloud canbe described by three parameters: magnetic confin-ement factor, electron temperature and electron density in centre of lens. Theseparameters determine the size, shape and electron density distribution of electroncloud. Therefore, they also determine the electric field distribution and focusingproperties of lens. Numerical method is used for computation of electron densityand elcctric potential.
