200 kV非线性强流加速管的离子光学设计

ION OPTICS DESGIN OF A 200 kV NONLINEAR HIGH CURRENT ACCELERATION TUBES

  • 摘要: <正> 一、问题的提出 研制强流离子注入机的关键,除了要有强流离子源外,主要是克服束流传输过程中的空间电荷效应问题。为此,我们研究非线性强流加速管,来克服强流束在加速管中的空间电荷效应。

     

    Abstract: The ion optics desgin of a 200 kV high current acceleration tubes is describedin this paper. We use nonlinear high gradient ion acceleration tubes to restrainthe space charge force. The potential distribution along the axis of the accelerati-on tubes has been found. Under this potential distribution high current ion beamscan be accelerated and focused much better.
