马尾松辐射改性的研究

  • 摘要: 目前国内对马尾松进行多种改性试验,但都以化学脱脂改性为主,而且还不能完全克服松木的主要缺陷。 马尾松经辐射加工后,经研究分析表明,有五项材性向好的方面发展:木材颜色加深,弦面花纹更加美丽;含水率降低,但无翘曲、干裂;有机溶剂抽提物增加,去脂容易;自由基增加,且稳定性好,木材胶合性能好;提高了防虫、防蛀能力。有四项重要材性无明显改变:木材显微结构、超微结构;纤维形态,长度、宽度、顺纹抗压强度、顺纹抗拉强度、抗弯强度、顺纹抗剪、冲击韧性等力学性质;木纤维相对结晶度均无明显改变。松木辐射加工后这些性质的变化,将会给松木改性利用开拓新的途径。

     

    Abstract: There are Various tests for inproving properties of the wood of PinusMassoniama Lamb mainly in chemistry mode, through which the principal defectof the Pinus has not been entirely overcome yet. Having been radiated, the pinus get a deeper colour, with more beautifulchord plane, less moistur, more organic solvent, freeradical increased. It is veryeasy to take the fat out of the pinus. However no obviously changes/can befound in its structure, fibe form and mechanics properties, and relative crystalli-nity. This will bring us a new way for inprovement and use of the pinus.
