离子注入对GCr15和Cr4Mo4V轴承材料的显微硬度及摩擦系数的影响

THE EFFECTS OF MICROHARDNESSES AND FRICTION COEFFICIENTS OF GCr15 AND Cr4Mo4V BEARING MATERIALS BY ION IMPLANTATION

  • 摘要: 文章报导了经Cr,Mo,N,B离子注入后GCr15和Cr4 Mo4V二种轴承材料的显微硬度和摩擦系数的测试结果。测试结果发现经注入后材料表面的显微硬度提高,摩擦系数降低,经Cr+Mo+B和 Cr+Mo+N注入试样的摩擦系数降为末注试样的1/3以下。

     

    Abstract: Some experimental results of microhardnesses and friction coefficients of GCr15and Cr4Mo4V bearing materials which were implanted with Cr、Mo、N and B ionsare reported in this paper. It is found that the microhardnesses increase and thefriction coefficients are reduced by Cr、Mo、N and B ion implantation for twomaterials. The friction coefficients of Cr+Mo+N, Cr+Mo+B ion implantedsamples are reduced to 1/3 of the unimplanted samples.
