U(Ⅵ)-5-Br-PADAP-CNS~--十二烷基二甲氨基乙酸络合体系的研究

摘要: U(VI),5-Br-PADAP,CNS~-,DDMAA在pH4.0的六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中形成带正电荷的稳定的多元胶束络合物,λ_(max)=590nm,ε=8.9×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),铀含量在 0—30μg/25ml 范围内符合比尔定律。络合物的组成比为U(VI):5-Br-PADAP:CNS~-=1:1:2,采用TBP萃淋树脂分离和Al-CYDTA掩蔽干扰,方法用于矿石中微量铀的测定,获得较为满意的结果。Abstract: A color reaction based on the polycomponent complex----UO_2~2-5-Br-PADAP-rhodanide-dodecyl-dimethyl-aminoacetic acid(DDMAA) is investigated. It is shownthat the complex ratio of UO_2~(2+): 5-Br-PADAP:CNS~-=1:1:2 in the presents ofDDMAA at pH 3.5--6.5, the molar absorptivity is ε=8.9×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at595 nm. The complex is a polycomponent micelle one with positive electricity. Thecalibration curve is linear for uranium over concentration rang of 0--30 μg/25 ml.Interfering ions can be separated by TBP levextrel and masked with Al-CyDTA.The mothed is applied to the determination of uranium in complicate ores.
