滚轧法制备金属Rh,Co和Mo靶

THE PREPARATION OF Rh, Co AND Mo TARGETS WITH ROLLING

  • 摘要: <正> 一、引言 1—10μm的Rh,Co和Mo金属箔是核物理研究中常用的核靶,但国内厂家一般不生产这种薄膜,只能由实验室自己制作。滚轧法是获得金属薄膜的有效方法。因Rh,Co和Mo的塑性差,用冷轧技术很难得到<10μm的金属膜。我们采用退火滚轧工艺,成功地为核物理实验制备了上述三种元素的金属薄靶。

     

    Abstract: Procedures are outlined for the fabrication of Rh, Co and Mo targets. Jacke-ting and rolling procedures are described in detail. A discussion of the effect ofvarious parameters on the fabrication of the foils is also presented.
