Abstract:
By random uniform pulse amplitude, the channel address shift and the ampli-tude resolution of MCA are studied, the maximum effective pulse rates for severalMCA are measured It is shown that the channel address shift of MCA is propor-tional to E the mean amplitude of random pulses, the change in amplitude resolu-tion of MCA is no-linearity related to the E. It is also shown that as a standard,S_r, the relative channel address shift is more reasonable than Δm, the absolutechannel address shift for the measurement of the maximum effective pulse rate ofMCA.
