裂变电离室系统时间性能的改进

  • 摘要: <正> 一、引言 在用时间关联法测量裂变截面以及研究裂变瞬发中子和γ时,用于定时的裂变信号上升时间应尽可能小,同时要求裂变-α幅度比大,讯噪比好。为此,我们对原有裂变电离室进行了改进,并与快电子学插件组成系统,其时间分辩和裂变电离室效率均有提高。

     

    Abstract: The timing character, of the fission ionization chamber is improved bydecreasing the plate spacing and increasing the plate voltage. With the aid of theORTEC fast modulars, the time resolution of 2 ns is obtained in the fission crosssection measurement by using time correlated associated partiele method. Theefficiency of the chamber is 98.6-99.3%.
