填料对聚氯乙烯电线电缆料辐射交联的影响

THE EFFECT OF FILLERS ON THE IRRADIATION CROSSLINKING OF PVC (POLYVINYL CHLORIDE)

  • 摘要: 填料常用来改善聚氯乙烯(PVC)电线电缆的机械性能和电性能。然而,实验结果表明在电线电缆的辐照加工过程中,填料不仅能改善交联PVC的各种性能,而且其对交联的影响也是很显著的。本文研究了不同填料对交联PVC的热稳定性、机械性能和电性能的影响,并通过等式 R(S+S~(1/2))=B+AR~β和R_(gel)等讨论比较了各种填料对PVC辐射交联的敏化作用。用陶土作填料的交联PVC具有较好的电性能;而用TiO_2和 CaCO_2作填料的交联PVC具有较好的机械性能。

     

    Abstract: Filler is used in the processing of wire and cable of PVC to improve itsmechanical and electric properties, but in the process of irradiation crosslinkingof wire and cable of PVC, the experimental. results show that filler not onlyimproves properties of XLPVC, and its effect of radiati on crosslinking is obvious,too. Therefore, in this paper, the effect of different fillers on thermal stability,mechanical and electric properties is investigated and the sensitization of fillers iscompared each other from following equationR(S+1/2S)=B+AR~βand R_(gel)(gel point dose). The XLPVC sample which uses kaolin as filler has betterelectric properties and the XLPVC samples which use TiO_2 or CaCO_3 have bettermechanical properties.
