Abstract: The device consists of three main parts, an automatic device for changingsamples; pneumatic transfer system of the delayed neutron counting device; anautomatic spectrometer. An electronic timer is used to synchronize the three parts,so that the irradiation and delayed time for every sample is strictly the same.The paper also describes the function of the main control timer and the synchronous principle.
