Abstract: The paper introduces the bases, the key points, methods,procedures, and con-clusions of nuclear safety review and inspection on MNSR. Also, the paper intro-duces some activities of routine inspection on MNSR and our experience in safetyreview. The practice and experience mentioned are helpful to safety review andinspection of similar nuclear installations.
