核刺激生长装置的研制

  • 摘要: 在鱼卵孵化发育期,用适宜的中子小剂量处理,可促进鱼胚胎孵化,提高孵化率,缩短孵化时间,对孵化后养殖的鱼有促进生长作用;在鱼性腺形成初期和家蚕适合的发育期进行处理,也有促进生长的作用。本装置内设有Am-Be中子源、辐照腔和自控系统等。中子源和有效辐照腔间距离固定,通过自控系统控制辐照中子注量。在不同胚胎发育期,用不同的中子注量进行多组试验,选出刺激生长处理的最佳发育期和最佳中子注量。在该条件下,对鲤鲶鱼、鱼卵和家蚕进行处理。已初步取得明显的增产效果。

     

    Abstract: In the course of the oval incubation and larvae of fish separately treatingwith the low-dose neutron irradiation. It is proved that can accelerate the ovalincubation time, and have a promotive action to fish growth. At the initial stageof sexual gland development and silkon seed, the neutron irradiation also have thesame effect. This unit is composed of ~(241)Am-Be neutron source and irradiationcavity and automatic control system, etc. At the different development time offish growth, we have operated this unit to irradiate the oval of carp and clariasfuscus taking the definite neutron flux and initially obtained the obvious effect onincrease output.
