用于加速器贮存环的超导二极磁体的研究

STUDY OF COSθ DIPOLE MAGNET USED FOR SUPERCONDUCTING COLLIDER

  • 摘要: 超导cosθ二极磁体被广泛应用于高能环形加速器中,其设计与工艺的成功直接影响到整个加速器的成功。文章对cosθ二极超导磁体进行了分析与研究,从定量的角度确认安排超导体位置的方法,对好场区内的多极分量有效地进行控制,从而设计出更理想的cosθ二极磁体。

     

    Abstract: Superconducting cosθ dipole magnet is widely used for construction of highenergy superconducting accelerator as basic element. Success of acceleratordepends on the property of the magnets. The results of the investigation andanalysis of the magnet are presented. A method to determine conductor positionquantitatively in the magnet is given. Thus the multipoles inside the dipole magnetcould be efficiently controlled and an ideal design of the magnet is expected.
