微量硼的热中子瞬发γ射线分析方法
ANALYSIS OF THE BORON CONTENT IN THE GEOLOGY SAMPLE

摘要: 反应堆热中子束流引起地质样品中硼的~(10)B(n,αγ)~7Li反应,用HPGe探测器测量其反应的478 keV瞬发γ射线峰面积,与标准样品比对,得到30个地质样品中硼的含量为8×10~(-6)~160×10~(-6),相对误差为16%~5%。Abstract: The intensity of the prompt γ-ray characteristic peak of the reaction ~(10)B (n,αγ)~7 Li induced by reactor thermal neutron is measured by a HPGe detector.Compared with the standard sample, the boron contents of 30 geology samples aredetermined from 8×10~(-6) to 160×10~(-6), with relative errors from 16% to 5%.
