摘要: <正> 一、前言 快中子反应堆(FBR)中,液态钠作为排放裂变热的冷却剂,具有别的冷却剂无可比拟的优点,但它仍有较大的缺点,主要是其化学活性极强,回路中高温流动的钠对不锈钢产生质量迁移作用,除金属组份外,还有碳迁移问题。回路不同部分,由于温度不同,碳的活度不同,活度差即是产生迁移驱动力的主要原因。全奥氏体钢回路中,高温区脱碳,低温区渗碳。奥氏体-铁素体钢回路中,铁素体钢脱碳,奥氏体钢渗碳。在碳迁移过程中,也Abstract: The paper describes the experiment of 304 ss foil exposed to high temperaturesodium at working temperature of fuel cladding materials for LMFBR. Microstuc-tures are observed, phase distribution is measured and composition analysis beforeand after exposure to high temperature sodium is performed. According to carbonequilibrium equation reported in literature by abroad, the carbon activity and theequilibrium concentration of carbon in sodium at 650℃ are calculated. The effectof both heat treatment (temperature, time) and original carbon content onmeasurement of carbon activity are discussed and the experimential correlation isrevised.
