硫酸锰中微量Gd,Sm,Dy,Eu的离子交换分离ICP-AES测定

摘要: <正> 一、前言 在用锰浴法绝对测量放射性中子源(Am-Be)的强度中,为了准确计算中子源的强度,需要对硫酸锰中热中子吸收截面较大的Gd,Sm,Dy和Eu等稀土元素的含量进行测定,以Abstract: A method for determination of trace Gd, Sin, Dy, Eu in MnSO_4 is described. The manganese is separated from rare earth elements by cation exchange resin with 2 mol/l HCl as eluent. The concentration of rare earths is determined by ICP-AES. With a sample of 50mg, the determination limit of Gd, Sm is 0.4×10~(-6), Dy, Eu is 0.08×10~(-6), the recovery is in the range of 88%~105%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 11%.
