DHDECMP萃取硝酸铀酰的研究

EXTRACTION OF URANIUM (Ⅵ) BY BIDENTATE ORGANOPHOSPHORUS EXTRACTANT DHDECMP

  • 摘要: <正> 一、引言 作者在前文中所做的研究表明,用DHDECMP从强酸介质中提取超铀元素及三价稀土元素具有显著的优越性。然而有关DHDECMP萃取铀(Ⅵ)及铀的反萃研究迄今尚未见系统报道,在文献中所看到的也只不过是一些零星资料。为此,本工作选择这一体系,研究了DHDECMP(溶于DEB)萃取常量铀(Ⅵ)(0.3~5 g/I)的各种影响因素。对铀的反萃问题也做了一些探索,试图从中提出若干可供选择的反萃剂。

     

    Abstract: The paper summarizes the results of the extraction ratio of uranium (Ⅵ) from nitric acid medium by the bidentate extractant dihexyl-N, N-diethyl carbamyl methylene phosphonate (DHDECMP) in diethylbenzene (DEB). The extraction of uranium (Ⅵ) is studied as a function of different concentrations of uranium (Ⅵ), nitric acid, sodium nitrate and extractant, respectively. The extraction equilibrium data at various temperature (20—70℃) are obtained. The stripping conditions of uranium from the pregnant organic phase are also investigated. According to the experimental results it is shown that DHDECMP is a suitable extractant for uranium(Ⅵ ) from nitric acid medium.
