强度为2.5×10~9s~(-1)的中子管的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF SEALED-OFF NEUTRON TUBE WITH NEUTRON INTENSITY OF 2.5×10~9 NEUTRON PER SECOND

  • 摘要: 介绍了连续强度为2.5×10~9s~(-1)中子管的结构设计、工艺和材料选择等。中子管的工作参数为离子源阳极电压3.3 kV,离子源放电电流1.8 mA,加速高压134 kV,束流740 μA。经多年使用,性能较稳定,且使用寿命较长(500 h)。

     

    Abstract: Structural design, workmanship and the material--choosing characteristics of sealed--off neutrontube with continual neutron intensity of 2.5×10~9 neutron per second are introduced. The working pa-rameters of the neutron tube are ion source anode voltage 3.3 kV, the ion source discharges current 1.8 mA, the accelerating voltage 134 kV, and the ion beam current is 740μA. It is proved in many teststhat the neutron generator is stable and long service life.
