核电厂模拟器稳压器数学模型的研究

RESEARCH ON MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE PRESSURIZER FOR A NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SIMULATOR

  • 摘要: 对北京核电厂模拟培训中心的压水堆模拟器稳压器数学模型作了改进。原稳压器数学模型采用修正的平衡态模型,对于快速瞬变过程,不能满足模拟的逼真度要求。改进后的模型采用三区非平衡态模型,考虑了稳压器内汽泡上升、液滴下降和喷淋凝结等传热传质过程,实现了联机实时运行。

     

    Abstract: The improvement of mathematical model of the pressurizer for a PWR nuclear power plantsimulator, located in Beijing Nuclear Power Plant Simulation Training Center, is presented. Theoriginal model is a revised equilibrium model. It couldn' t satisfy the requirement of simulation fi-delity for the fast transients. The improved pressurizer model is a three region, non-equilibriummodel with bubble rise and condensate drop dynamics, taking into consignation the spray and con-densate on spray heat and mass transfer processes in the pressurizer. The model was implanted inthe system and real-time simulation was realized, and satisfactory simulation effect was obtained.In addition, study on the sensibility of the simulation results to the computational time incrementis also performed.
