真空蒸发法制备自支撑多层靶

  • 摘要: 采用真空蒸发技术制备核物理实验用 C+ Pb+ Ni、 C+ Pb+ Co、 C+ Pb+ S+ Al多层自支撑靶膜。实验选定以1 % 肥皂液作解离剂,视不同蒸发元素,选择形状与尺寸适宜的蒸发舟。 C、 Pb、 Ni、 Co、 S、 Al膜的质量厚度分别为10~15、约100、30~60、30~60、30~50 和 10 μg·cm - 2。制备出的膜层平展,薄而均匀,无针孔。

     

    Abstract: The self supporting multilayer targets, C+Pb+Ni,C+Pb+Co, C+Pb+S+Al, for the use of nuclear physics experiment are prepared by vacuum evaporation method. The mass thickness of foil layer is 10~15, about 100, 30~60, 30~60, 30~50 and 10 μg·cm -2 for C, Pb, Ni, Co, S and Al, respectively. The prepared targets can meet the requirements of nuclear physics experiment.
