真空蒸发法制备自支撑多层靶

PREPARATION OF SELF SUPPORTING MULTILAYER TARGETS

摘要: 采用真空蒸发技术制备核物理实验用Ｃ＋Ｐｂ＋Ｎｉ、Ｃ＋Ｐｂ＋Ｃｏ、Ｃ＋Ｐｂ＋Ｓ＋Ａｌ多层自支撑靶膜。实验选定以１％肥皂液作解离剂，视不同蒸发元素，选择形状与尺寸适宜的蒸发舟。Ｃ、Ｐｂ、Ｎｉ、Ｃｏ、Ｓ、Ａｌ膜的质量厚度分别为１０～１５、约１００、３０～６０、３０～６０、３０～５０和１０ μｇ·ｃｍ－２。制备出的膜层平展，薄而均匀，无针孔。

Abstract: The self supporting multilayer targets, C+Pb+Ni,C+Pb+Co, C+Pb+S+Al, for the use of nuclear physics experiment are prepared by vacuum evaporation method. The mass thickness of foil layer is 10~15, about 100, 30~60, 30~60, 30~50 and 10 μg·cm -2 for C, Pb, Ni, Co, S and Al, respectively. The prepared targets can meet the requirements of nuclear physics experiment.
