电沉积法制备铁靶
PREPARATION OF IRON TARGET BY ELECTRODEPOSITION METHOD

摘要: 对加速器生产同位素56 Co 所用铁靶的制备工艺进行了研究。通过研究电沉积过程中影响 Fe靶层质量、电流效率的各种因素,确定了最佳工艺条件。制备出了质量厚度大于50 m g/cm 2,表面光亮、致密的 Fe 靶。Abstract: The preparation of the iron target for producing 56 Co in cyclotron by the method of electrodeposition is described.The optimal process is determined by the research of parameters that effect the properties of the target layer and the current efficiency.The iron target which is smooth and firm is got, the mass thickness is more than 50 mg/cm 2.
