还原法制备LaNi_(4.15)Al_(0.85)合金及其吸氢性能研究

INVESTIGATION OF THE HYDROGEN-ABSORPTION PROPERTIES OF LaNi_(4.15)Al_(0.85) PREPARED BY REDUCTION METHOD

  • 摘要: 以La、Ni和Al的氧化物为原料,在高温和氢的气氛下用CSH2还原制得LaNi(4.15)Al(0.85)贮氢合金。X射线衍射证实此法制得的LaNi(4.15)Al(0.85)的体相结构与熔炼法制备的相同。XPS能谱数据显示在LaNi(4.15)Al(0.85)原始表面上有-层活性镍。通过吸氢性能研究,得出11℃时氢的吸附容量为0.108L/g,离解平衡压为6×104Pa。

     

    Abstract: LaNi4.15Al0.85 is prepared by reducing the mixture of La, Ni and Al oxide with CaH2 in hydrogen atmosphere at high temperature. X-ray diffraction investigation proves that the bulk structure of LaNi4.15Al0.85 prepared by this method is the same as that by metallurgical method,XPS spectra shows that there is a layer of active nickel on the surface of LaNi4.15Al0.85 precursor.The hydrogen absorption capacity (0. 108 L/g ) and the desorption equilibrium pressure (6.0 ×104 Pa) at 11℃ are measured by investigation of the hydrogen-absorption properties of LaNi4.15Al0.85.
