摘要: 研究了用连续激光在ECR离子源中产生金属离子的方法, 在中国科学院近代物理研究所的高电荷态离子源ECR2上, 用此方法获得了 5 0 μA的Al6+ 离子束流Abstract: The research of producing metal ions in ECR ion source with a CW laser is introduced. The metal ions Al 6+ of 50 μA is obtained in Lanzhou high charge state ion source ECR2 using this method.
