辐射加工级电子束吸收剂量量热计的研制

摘要: 叙述了辐射加工级电子束吸收剂量量热计的设计原理, 给出了用自行研制的石墨和盒式水量热计测定电子束吸收剂量的方法和结果。用不同吸收体材料和几何参数量热计测量参考材料的吸收剂量, 所得结果在 0 8%以内符合。并对现有的吸收剂量深度分布测量模体的关键结构作了改进。由测量结果刻度GAF DM 12 60和FWT 60辐射显色薄膜得到的电子束吸收剂量响应曲线与60 Coγ射线响应一致。研制的量热计及其测试技术可作为加速器电子束辐射源吸收剂量测量的计量标准和量值传递方法Abstract: The design principle of calorimeter for electron beam absorbed dose at radiation processing level is concisely described. The methods and results of measuring electron beam absorbed doses with the developed graphite and polystyrene water calorimeters are given. The absorbed doses of reference materials are determined with calorimeter using different absorbing materials and geometric parameters and the results are consistent within 0.8 %. The specially designed phantom for absorbed dose depth distribution mapping can cancel the uncertainty caused by the geometric factors in point source measuring. The absorbed dose response curves of GAF DAM 1260 and FWT 60 radiochromic film to electron beams calibrated by this work are consistent with those to 60 Co gamma rays. The developed calorimeter and measuring methods can be used as measurement standard and dissemination of the value of the absorbed dose determining in accelerator's electron beam radiation sources.
