核孔膜自动检测算法的研究

Development of Auto-examining Arithmetic About Nuclear-hole Film

摘要: 在利用核孔膜生产过滤器的过程中, 为保证核孔膜的质量, 进行核孔膜检测是至关重要的。本工作利用数理统计方法研制了核孔膜自动检测软件。结果表明 :此核孔膜自测软件不仅抗干扰能力强、检测结果精确, 而且缩短了检测周期, 提高了检测效率。

Abstract: The nuclear hole film examining is necessary for the quality of nuclear hole film, with which the filter is produced. The numerical statistical method is the core of this new nuclear hole film auto examining software. The result shows it not only strongly resists disturbance, reaches accurate results but also reduces examining time.
