φ70mm核用离心萃取器 Ⅱ.传质性能

  • 摘要: 研究了70mm核用离心萃取器的传质性能。以 30 %TRPO 煤油 HNO3为体系, 在转速30 0 0r/min、总流量 4 0~ 10 0L/h、流比 1/ 3 0~ 3 0 / 1的操作条件下, 硝酸的传质级效率达 85%以上。以含Nd3+的 30 %TRPO 煤油 HNO3为体系, 在转速 150 0r/min、流比 1 3/ 1~ 4. 1/ 1、总流量 2 9 4~ 4 6 3L/h的操作条件下, Nd3+的平均反萃级效率达 87%以上。

     

    Abstract: The mass transfer efficiency of the  70 mm centrifugal extractor used in nuclear industry is studied experimentally. When the rotor speed is 3 000 r/min, and the flow ratio ranges over 1/3.0~3.0/1, and the total throughput changes 40~100 L/h, the extraction stage efficiency of HNO 3 is greater than 85 % for 30 % TRPO kerosene HNO 3 system. When the rotor speed is 1 500 r/min, and the flow ratio ranges over 1.3/1~4.1/1, and the total throughput changes 29.4~46.3 L/h, the mean stripping stage efficiency of Nd 3+ is greater than 87 % for Nd 3+ loaded in 30 % TRPO kerosene HNO 3 system.
