Abstract: The beam RF stacking process for heavy ion beam in HIRFL-CSR main ring(CSRm) is simulated by taking the beam longitudinal phase oscillation and electron cooling into account. The main RF parameters against time are obtained. It provides the theoretical basis of the RF cavity design and the parameters pre-set for operation of the machine.
