人发、小麦国家标准物质中超痕量稀土元素的NAA定值研究

  • 摘要: 以放化分离和仪器中子活化分析相结合对已经认证、但稀土元素 (REE)含量尚未定值的国家一级标准物质人发 (GBW 0 910 1)、小麦 (GBW 0 85 0 3)中的稀土元素进行了超痕量定值分析, 利用单步放化分离流程同时定量分离了稀土元素以及涉及到裂变和γ能谱干扰校正的U和Ba, 对含量为 0 1~ 30ng/ g的La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Eu、Tb、Yb、Lu等 8种稀土元素进行定值分析。并针对此例讨论了ICP MS和NAA对部分稀土元素进行超痕量分析的优势和劣势。

     

    Abstract: Eight REEs in the Chinese CRMs GBW08503 (wheat powder) and GBW09101(human hair) are determined using RNAA and INAA. With an aim of eventual certification of these uncertified elements, a one step rediochemical separation procedure is used to quantitatively precipitate all the REEs. Np and Ba, two fission interference related elements, can also be quantitatively co precipitated by this one step procedure, which make the interference corrections feasible after separation. Results of present work are in good agreement with finally certified values for 4 REEs, and reasonable agreement with reference values of the other 4 REEs.
