吹气法在线测量脉冲萃取柱参数研究

  • 摘要: 用吹气法在线测量脉冲萃取柱参数。结果表明 :两相界面测量的偏差在± 4mm以内, 脉冲频率测量的相对偏差在 2 %以内, 存留分数测量的相对偏差在± 5%以内。由信号曲线得到的参数S与脉冲腿中的表观脉冲振幅之间存在较好的线性关系, 脉冲柱内真实振幅与表观振幅和频率比值之间也存在相关性较好的线性关系。可通过吹气法测量脉冲萃取柱中的真实振幅

     

    Abstract: On line measurement of pulsed column parameters by air purge is studied. The measuring deviation for two phase interface is within ±4 mm. The relative measuring deviations are within 2 % for pulsation frequency and within ±5 % for hold up, respectively. A good linear relationship between apparent pulsation amplitude and an empirical parameter S, which is derived from the signal response curve, is found. The dependency of real pulsation amplitude on apparent pulsation amplitude and frequency is determined experimentally. The real pulsation amplitude in column can be measured by air purge.
