溶剂过滤材料的筛选及其性能研究

  • 摘要: 采用某厂生产用 15%TBP 煤油作基础有机相, 添加工业纯TBP配制成 30 %TBP 煤油溶液, 然后, 分别萃取铀、锆并制成含铀、锆、HDBP和人工粒子等的模拟有机相, 将该有机相用碳酸钠、氢氧化钠溶液洗涤后制成模拟料液。用此料液进行过滤材料的筛选。在筛选试验基础上, 进行放大试验。放大试验相当于中试规模的 1/ 7~ 1/ 9。试验结果表明 :缠绕式玻璃纤维滤芯和缠绕式脱脂棉滤芯可作为深层过滤的首选材料。其中, 玻璃纤维滤材已在后处理厂实际使用过, 具有良好的耐辐照性能。脱脂棉滤芯的耐辐照性能需要在实际使用中进一步考验。烧结不锈钢滤芯可作为表层过滤的候选材料。

     

    Abstract: A simulated solution of 30 %TBP OK extracted uranium, zirconium, HDBP, and then stripped with NaOH and Na 2CO 3, is used in the selection experiments of filter elements and study on its filtering performance. An enlarge experiment has been executed and its scale is 1/7 to 1/9 of pilot experiment. The results show the micro cilia filter element of glass fire and absorbent cottonare the first choise in depth filtering. The former was used in the plant and being well against irradiation. The filter element of absorbent cotton should be tested in the real plant for against irradiation. The filter element of sinter stainless steel is the candidate one in surface filtering.rethefirstchoiseinde
