Abstract: The paper analyses the regularities of all relative factors in the processes of 4.8 m 3 external cooling condenser collecting UF 6, liquidising solid UF 6 and transferring liquid UF 6, and researches the application effect of the condenser in UF 6 producing process. Result shows that the condenser makes feature of higher security, more condensing capacity and less energy consumption,and it adapts collecting mixed product gas in vertical fluoration reactor and horizontal fluoration reactor systems. The condenser has simple structure and steady running characters, it is capable of long time continuous running, and it can be operated, controlled and adjusted very conveniently.
