简立方单原子纳米晶体颗粒无反冲分数的理论研究

Theoretical Study on Recoilless Fractions of Simple Cubic Monatomic Nanocrystalline Particles

  • 摘要: 应用位移 位移格林函数计算了简立方单原子纳米晶体颗粒的无反冲分数。数值计算结果表明 :纳米晶体颗粒表面的无反冲分数小于内部的无反冲分数, 且它们都随尺寸的增加而减小, 纳米晶体颗粒的整体无反冲分数随尺寸的增加而增加, 温度越高, 这些现象越明显。

     

    Abstract: Recoilless fractions of simple cubic monatomic nanocrystalline particles are calcula ted by using displacement displacement Green's function. The numerical results show that the recoilless fractions on the surface of monatomic nanocrystalline particles are smaller than those in the inner, and they decrease when the particle size increase, the recoilless fractions of whole monatomic nanocrystalline particles increase when the particle size increase. These effects are more evident when the temperature is higher.
