Absolute Radioactivity Measurement of ~(60)Co and ~(134)Cs by 4πβ-γ Anti-coincidence Method

  • 摘要: 研制建立了国内第 1套 4πβ γ反符合活度测量标准装置。用该装置测量了6 0 Co、134 Cs的活度, 活度测量值的合成标准不确定度分别为 0 2 4%、0 3 3 %。将测量结果与中国计量科学研究院和中国原子能科学研究院的 4πβ γ符合活度测量标准装置的测量结果进行了比对, 结果在不确定度范围内一致

     

    Abstract: A 4πβ γ anti coincidence system is developed for absolute radioactivity measurement.In this system,a dual ADC live time HPGe γ spectroscopy is used as the γ ray detector,and a 4πβ proportional counter is employed for the β detector. The activities of 60 Co and 134 Cs are measured by this system. The combined standard uncertainty of 60 Co and 134 Cs is 0.24% and 0.33%,respectively. The results are compared with that from 4πβ γ coincidence counting system of NIM and CIAE and the agreement of these results is satisfactory.
