Design of Equipment Reliability Data Collection Base in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要: 基于对某核电厂有关设备运行和维护数据源的分析, 研制了用于核电厂设备可靠性分析的原始数据采集库。数据采集表的结构设计既能保证数据的合理性, 又能显示设备的当前状态。通过对主给水泵失效概率实例计算, 说明了子样数据的提取方法。结果表明 :从本数据库提取的子样数据可用于核电厂设备可靠性分析的参数计算Abstract: The design of equipment reliability data collection base is based upon the analysis of various data source in a nuclear power plant(NPP). The structure of data collection table can both ensure the rationality of data and show the current state of equipment. The method of getting sample data is described through an example of calculating failure rate of service water(SW) pump. The result shows that this data base can provide the sample data for the calculation of equipment reliability parameters in NPP.
