氢化处理对高碳铀及其合金微观组织的影响

Effects of Thermohydrogen Processing on the Microstructures of Uranium and Its Alloys

  • 摘要: 采用材料的氢化处理技术对高碳铀及其合金进行氢热处理, 用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)和X射线衍射 (XRD)方法研究了氢化处理后合金微观组织结构的变化。结果表明 :铀及铀合金经过氢化处理后, 碳、氮和氧含量明显减少, 合金成分更均匀, 合金中夹杂和析出物明显减少。

     

    Abstract: The application of thermohydrogen processing(THP), that is the use of hydrogen as temporary alloying element to modify the microstructures of uranium and its alloys, is presented.It is found that after THP, a refinement in the microstructure with less nonmetallic element impurities, more pure phase constituent and more fine grain is achieved.
