Abstract: Based on several studies concerned in the personality analysis and evaluation of nuclear power plant(NPP) operators, a procedure and method of this research are identified and discussed to draw a fairly comprehensive picture of an operator's personality and to use personality data as predictors of a nuclear power plant operator performance. The primary research for Chinese NPP operators' personality analysis and evaluation shows the feasibility and importance of this procedure and method.
