摘要: 用云母核孔膜、扫描电子显微镜和微电子探针对工艺房间空气中悬浮的气溶胶进行了采集, 并对气溶胶的粒径分布、微粒形态及结构、元素成分和捕集机制进行了研究。Abstract: Aerosols in the air of a workshop were collected with mica track filters, and the size distribution, shape, structure, elemental compositions and capture mechanisms of aerosols were studied. The techniques and results of the studies are described.
