Abstract: The rhodium target for Cyclone 30 accelerator is prepared by pulse electroplating method. The effects of pulse parameters, rhodium concentration, acidity and temperature on the properties of the target layer are studied, and the optimal process is determined. The rhodium target, mass thickness is more than 150 mg/cm 2, adapts to producing 103 Pd on Cyclone 30 accelerator.
