摘要: 分别以丁基锂和新戊酸氯代甲酯为原料合成了高比活度C3H3I和低比活度3HCH2I,并以它们为原料,制备出氚标记化合物甲基 3H3鞘磷脂、甲基 3H3L α 二棕榈酰基卵磷脂、甲基 3H3氯化胆碱和甲基 3HL α 二棕榈酰基卵磷脂。

Abstract: C3H3I和3HCH2I are synthesized starting with butyl lithium and chloromethyl pivalate, and from them sphingomyelin, Lαdipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine, choline chloride and Lαdipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine are prepared.
