Abstract: Based on the character analysis of equipment reliability data in nuclear power plant (NPP), a new concerned in least square estimation of parameters of Weibull distribution is presented. Finally, an example of the equipment group in NPP is analyzed and the satisfying estimation result is got using this new method.
