摘要: 通过质谱分析方法测定氢同位素气体中单原子离子的离解系数,提高对氢同位素气体质谱重叠峰的分辨能力,解决了氢同位素气体中微量3He测定技术问题。研究结果表明:当氢同位素气体中氚丰度大于5%时,该方法可以准确测定氢同位素气体中的3He含量,3He含量相对标准偏差小于0 6%。Abstract: In order to solve the measurement technical problem of trace 3He in the mixture of hydrogen isotope, the decomposition ratio for single atomic ion is measured and the ability of discrimination for overlapped peaks of hydrogen isotope is enhanced by mass analyzing technique. The results show that the trace concentration of 3He in the mixture of hydrogen isotope can be measured accurately with relative standard error less than 0.6% by this method when the tritium concentration in the mixture of hydrogen isotopes is larger than 5%.
