气流粉碎B_4C粉末的活化烧结研究

  • 摘要: 进行了气流粉碎B_4C粉末(比表面积2.53m~2/g)的掺碳烧结实验,研究了掺碳剂种类、掺碳量、烧结温度等对B_4C烧结密度的影响。结果表明:掺碳显著促进B_4C的烧结;在炭黑、葡萄糖和酚醛树酯3种掺碳剂中,掺入酚醛树酯可获得最高的烧结密度。B_4C+3%(酚醛树脂)分别经2200和2250℃烧结后的相对密度为92.1%和94.4%,而纯B_4C在相同温度下的相对密度仅分别为78.6%和82.5%。

     

    Abstract: Studies on carbon-doped activated sintering of B4C powders with a specific surface area of 2. 53 m2/g obtained by jet milling are carried out. Effects of carbon-doping agent, carbon-doping content, and sintering temperature on B4C sintered density are also studied. The results show that carbon-doping promotes greatly the densification of B4C. Among three carbon-doping agents (black carbon, glucose, and phenolic resin), the addition of phenolic resin into B4C can obtain the highest sintered density. The density of B4C+3%C is 92. 1% TD at sintering temperature of 2 200 ℃ for 1 h and 94. 4% TD at 2 250 ℃, however 78. 6% TD and 82. 5% TD for pure B4C, respectively.
