铀及铀合金与熔炼坩埚涂层材料高温反应的热力学分析

  • 摘要: 通过热力学计算,分析了熔炼坩埚的涂层材料与铀及铀合金高温反应的可能性,得到了反应自由能△G~0与温度间的关系曲线,比较分析了涂层材料对铀及铀合金熔体在高温下的化学稳定性。结果表明:氧化钇对铀和铀合金熔体的化学稳定性最佳,是熔铸铀和铀合金石墨坩埚的理想涂层材料。

     

    Abstract: The thermodynamic analysis is carried out for the reaction of liquid uranium and its alloy with some coating materials at high temperature and the curves of △G0 of those reactions with temperature are obtained. The chemical stability of those coating materials to liquid uranium and its alloys is analyzed and compared. It is found that yt-tria has a good stability to liquid uranium and its alloys at high temperature, and it is well suitable for coating of graphite crucible for melting uranium and its alloys.
