金属铍中杂质元素的ICP-AES分析方法研究
Study on Analysis Method of Impurities in Beryllium by ICP-AES

摘要: 研究用HCl溶解金属铍,在HNO_3介质中用磷酸二丁酯(DBPA)-苯萃取,将铍与待测杂质元素分离。用LCP-AES法测定Co、Mn、Mg、Cr、Si、Cu、Al、Ni8种杂质元素的含量。取样量为40mg时,上述杂质元素的测定范围在5.0×10~(-4)%~0.1%之间,方法回收率为95%~104%,相对标准偏差优于10%(n=6)。Abstract: The method for determination of impurities Co,Mn,Mg,Cr,Si,Cu, Al and Ni in Be by ICP-AES is studied. The Be sample is dissolved by HCl,and is extracted by DBPA-benzoyl from HNO3 medium. The determined range of impurity elements is from 5. 0×10-4% to 0. 1%. The recovery is from 95% to 104% and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%(n = 6).
