水力驱动控制棒步进缸三维流场数值模拟

Numerical Simulation for Three Dimensional Flow Field of the Step Cylinder in Hydraulic Control Rod Driving System

  • 摘要: 应用计算流体力学程序CFX5对水力驱动控制棒步进缸内部的三维流场进行了计算和分析。结果表明:步进缸内大部分区域流体流速较小,压力较高,且变化不大,发生明显变化的部位主要分布在步进缸底部水管入口及截面突变处、内外套对孔处和排气孔处。

     

    Abstract: The three dimensional flow field of the step cylinder in Hydraulic Control Rod Driving System(HCRDS) is calculated and analyzed with the computational fluid (dynamics) program CFX5 in detail. The results indicate that the flow velocity is lower and the pressure is high in majority of the step cylinder, the distinct variations of the flow field occur in the threshold of the step cylinder at the bottom and the abrupt transition (sections), the holes in the inner and outer tubes and the exhaust hole.
